E-CUBE Strategy Consultants supported Pioneer Point Partners, a European investor specialized in sustainable infrastructure, in the context of the acquisition of Proviridis by OG Clean Fuels, a leading European operator of low-carbon multi-energy filling stations.
Already present in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Sweden, OG Clean Fuels is strengthening its European footprint by entering the French market. The acquisition of Proviridis, a well-established player operating a network of 19 multi-energy stations (bio-NGV, LNG and high-power EV charging) under the V-GAS and Z-E-N brands, represents a key milestone in its growth strategy.
As part of this transaction, E-CUBE Strategy Consultants conducted an in-depth analysis of the IRICC mechanism (Infrastructures de Recharge pour l’Industrie et le Collectif Carbone) and its impact on the business model and on the development of the French alternative fuels market.
